Energizing the skin means giving it enough nutrition and care to make it look less fatigued, more radiant and glowing. A healthy is skin is always a beautiful skin. all Skin colors, Skin Types, and Skin textures look beautiful as long as its a healthy and glowing skin.


Achieving Energized skin isn’t a 2-day game. This comes with a constant beauty regime, that includes good ingredients that are going in, a regular good diet and some basics when followed right.

  1. First and Foremost… Remember this

“Cleansing + Toning + Moisturizing + SunScreen = Glowing skin.”


Cleaning up skin of the impurities that are gathered up due to being out during the day or excess oils produced. A quality cleanser is all that is required to have that perfect cleanse. It is advised to use a substance-free of all the chemicals. Our Routine pantry has some amazing cleansers like Baking Soda, Coffee, Green Tea Leaves Powder, Gram Flour, etc mixed with curd or honey.



♦ Curd works great for Oily Skin and Milk for Dry skin.

♦ Cleansing needs to be done at least twice a day, i.e. Morning and more importantly before sleep.


Toning helps in removing all the impurities that are deep down in your skin and give you a more balanced skin tone. It makes sure all the open pores are also taken care of.


It conjointly helps to cut down PH levels of your skin, so use a palatable PH balanced Skin toner for better results, it is advised to pick a herbal manufactured chemical-free toner.


  •  Floral Waters really work great as toners.
  • Use Rosewater or Lavender Water for all skin types.
  • Geranium Water and Witch Hazel Water work best for Acne prone or sensitive skin
  • Mogra water is a boon for Dry Skin Types
  • Use a clean  cotton pad for applying toner to your skin.


Your sound skin routine begins with refining should close with moisturizing.


therefore moisturizing skin should be the well take care step, it is a methodology used to protect skin against dehydration.

With this, the skin gets enough moisture and conjointly extends PH measurements of the skin.


♦ Use a natural moisturizer which is appropriate for your skin tone.

♦Some fast resultant herbal moisturizers are-Olive oil, Aloe Vera gel, Jojoba oil.


  1. Drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration:-

Without a doubt, even a little proportion of dehydration causes skin damage.


Hence to maintain the quality of skin one should be drinking a good amount of water every day. 3 Liters of water is what your skin needs at least and that too if you are not sweating much.


  • Eat foods with good water content, Like watermelon, Musk, Melon, Cucumber, etc.
  • Keep a water bottle handy so you don’t procrastinate.
  • you can even spray some water now and then on your skin.


  1. Eat food with a great number of anti-oxidants.

Anti-oxidants are anti-aging and immunity giving nutrients. Add Vit C in Daily diet or even in skin applications. Vit C is a wonderful antioxidant and works against skin aging.

Hence healthy and phenomenal skin needs food with adversaries of oxidants like raw vegetables, juices, nuts and natural items as Blueberry, Papaya, strawberry, etc.


  • Use Fruits like Papaya, Orange, Passion Fruit as mid-day snacks.
  • Use the peels to rub on facial skin.
  • Honey is another wonder food to consume and to apply as well.


Find and use natural skin care materials from your kitchen.


Some of them are;


Rich source of antioxidants. Its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits, turmeric can work wonders on condition-riddled skin

It is a good medication for cracked heels.


The citric acid in lemon is a rich source of Vitamin C, hence it has high cosmetic value.

It can obscure dark spots and lightens up your skin,  it is a trademark natural bleaching agent.

You can use it as a scrubber mix with sugar or virgin honey .


The lycopene content in tomato is an adversary of oxidant and work as a sunscreen and anti-aging product.

Help to diminish skin acne, pores, and reddening of the skin. So help to hold fair flawless and clean skin.
